Bitcoin And Ethereum Are Up Slightly Today, August 9th, As Major Cryptocurrencies Trade In The Green

Early on August 9, major cryptocurrencies saw gains as the market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies increased by 1.80% to $1.12 trillion from the previous day. On the other hand, over the past 24 hours, the entire volume of the crypto market fell by 71.78 percent, to $70.81 billion.

DeFi's 24-hour volume was $9.58 billion, or 13.53 percent, of the overall volume of the cryptocurrency market. All stable coin volume was $67.29 billion, or 95.03 percent of the 24-hour volume of the whole crypto market.

Bitcoin's price was around Rs 18.39 lakh, with a 40.74 percent market share. According to information from CoinMarketCap, this was an increase of 0.11 percent for the day.

Nischal Shetty, the founder of WazirX, claimed to have all the legal documentation necessary to demonstrate that Binance has complete control over all crypto-to-crypto trading as well as deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

In an interview, Shetty stated that he and his other co-founders control Zanmai Labs, an Indian company that runs WazirX, and that it has a licence from Binance to execute transactions in rupees. Binance purchased WazirX in 2019, and it now owns the product and brand.

When the acquisition took place, a banking prohibition was in effect, according to Shetty, and WazirX needed an Indian business to handle withdrawals and deposits in rupees after the restriction was lifted.
