New orders worth Rs 2,290 crore have been received by Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd and its subsidiaries. According to a company statement, Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL), a major international EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) player in the power and infrastructure contracting industry, and its subsidiaries have received new orders or notification of awards totaling Rs 2,290 crore.
These include Rs 1,416 crore in orders for electricity transmission from foreign markets. Additionally, the business and its subsidiaries were awarded contracts for the construction of an elevated viaduct, five elevated stations, a data centre, and B&F (buildings and factories) projects in India totaling Rs 874 crore.
We are excited about the progress in new order wins for our T&D, Urban Infra, and B&F businesses. The additional orders we've received in recent months will enable us to broaden our global reach and enhance our order mix across all business sectors.
According to KPTL Managing Director and CEO Manish Mohnot, "this will ultimately increase our skills in the civil, electrical, and heavy infrastructure businesses as well as improve our market position in the global EPC area."
According to him, there is good visibility for achieving the planned consolidated revenue growth of over 15% for FY23 thanks to the new order wins of Rs 6,109 crore and the L1 position of over Rs 4,600 crore in the most recent quarter.
