On its first day, Keystone Realtors traded 4.16 lakh shares on the NSE and 58.63 lakh shares on the oldest stock exchange in India.

Thanks to the positive atmosphere in the equity market, shares of Keystone Realtors, a real estate developer owned by the Rustomjee Group, ended the first day of trading up 3%.

Throughout the session, the stock held steady at its issue price of Rs 541 per share. It started the first session at Rs 555 and had an intraday high and low of Rs 569.95 and Rs 548, respectively.

Finally, it ended the day 2.93 percent higher at Rs. 556.85 on the NSE while finishing at Rs. 557.80 on the BSE, up 3.11 percent.

Keystone Realtors traded 58.63 lakh shares on the NSE and 4.16 lakh shares on the BSE, the oldest stock market in India in terms of volume.

On Thursday, the BSE Sensex reached its highest level ever of 62,412.33, and both benchmarks closed at new highs with advances of more than 1%.

By June 2022, Keystone Realtors, a well-known real estate developer with a significant presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, has completed 32 real estate projects.

Under the Rustomjee brand, there are now 12 active projects and 21 upcoming developments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Through its public offering, the company raised Rs 635 crore, including Rs 560 crore in a fresh issuance. The offer's price range was Rs. 514-541 per share.
