According to a statement made on July 11 by the business, Hochrainer GmbH is situated in Germany and is being acquired by Wipro Infrastructure Engineering's industrial automation division Wipro PARI.

With 130 people, Hochrainer was founded in 1973 and provides automation technology and assembly systems to international automakers.

"Over the past four years, our industrial automation company has experienced substantial growth. We will strengthen our position as the industry leader globally and enhance our foothold in Europe thanks to this purchase. Our clients and other stakeholders would gain greatly from it, according to Wipro Infrastructure Engineering CEO Pratik Kumar.

According to Hochrainer, the acquisition would give it access to resources and cutting-edge technology as well as help it grow. Erich and Werner Hochrainer, the leadership of Hochrainer, will join Wipro PARI.

According to Hochrainer's management, both businesses have long been recognised as "global leaders in innovation, technology, and quality" in their respective industries. Wipro Hochrainer stated, "We are confident that this relationship will deliver considerable benefits to clients and long-term future opportunities."
