Prior to its initial public offering, Keystone Realtors mobilised Rs 190.5 crore via anchor book on November 11.

After consulting with merchant bankers, the real estate developer owned by the Rustomjee Group announced that it has decided to allocate 35.21 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at a price of Rs 541 per share.

Through the anchor book, a total of 16 anchor investors purchased shares of the company. Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Morgan Stanley, Aditya Birla Sun Life, SBI Life Insurance, IDFC Mutual Fund, Tata Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance Company, IIFL Special Opportunities Fund, Saint Capital Fund, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage are a few of the companies on the list.

On November 14, Keystone Realtors will begin accepting subscriptions for its first public offering, with a price range of Rs 514 to Rs 541 per share.

The company intends to raise Rs 635 crore through a public offering, which will end on November 16.

The offer consists of a new share issuance for Rs 560 crore and a selling shareholder offer for Rs 75 crore.

Along with other general corporate reasons, the corporation will use the proceeds from the issue to pay off debts and purchase upcoming real estate projects.

A portion of the offer has been set aside for qualified institutional buyers in the proportion of 50%, high net worth individuals in the proportion of 15%, and retail investors in the proportion of 35%.
