Ryaltris, a nasal spray, is approved by Health Canada for Glenmark Pharma
According to a statement released by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Ryaltris (olopatadine hydrochloride and mometasone furoate nasal spray) has been approved by Health Canada for partner Bausch Health Companies Inc. and Glenmark Specialty SA, a business subsidiary.

On Friday, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals said that Health Canada had given the go-ahead for its nasal spray Ryaltris, which is intended to treat the symptoms of moderate to severe seasonal allergic rhinitis and its accompanying ocular symptoms.
According to a statement released by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Ryaltris (olopatadine hydrochloride and mometasone furoate nasal spray) has been approved by Health Canada for partner Bausch Health Companies Inc. and Glenmark Specialty SA, a business subsidiary.
According to Cees Heiman, senior vice-president of Bausch Health for Europe and Canada, "this Health Canada approval will allow Bausch Health to soon make Ryaltris available to Canadians, giving a novel medication option for seasonal allergic rhinitis."
In one simple-to-use nasal spray, Ryaltris, a fixed-dose combination medication, offers relief from the nasal and ocular symptoms of SAR.
According to the announcement, Ryaltris has been given approval by Health Canada for the symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR) and related ocular symptoms in adults, adolescents, and children aged 6 and older.
According to Brendan O'Grady, CEO of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd's Global Formulations Business, "Ryaltris is the product of our consistent efforts to offer high-quality medications that benefit patients around the world and is now coming to Canada, adding to our global respiratory leadership."
According to Glenmark, nearly 3,000 SAR patients participated in clinical tests that proved Ryaltris' effectiveness and safety.
