High-end buyers are currently searching the market for both bungalows and plots, according to Ritesh Mehta, head of Residential Property Sales at JLL.
The goal, according to him, is to be able to get to Mumbai quickly in case of an emergency. "Homebuyers in Mumbai are seeking for second properties in the range of Rs 2 crore to Rs 50 crore that are just a 90-minute drive from the major city," he added.
