ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for Xiaomi India's financial procedures

On July 4, Xiaomi India received ISO 9001:2015 certification for their financial operations. Revenue assurance, purchasing, credit control, receivable management, and channel development fund are all covered by the certification.

Within a 6-month period, the Xiaomi India Finance team was able to submit an application, finish the procedure, and obtain the certification.

This was an end-to-end digital exercise that involved a 7-layer procedure, including an audit of the finance process according to an international standard for quality management systems. The organization's context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement were the seven clauses that the audit was focused on.

This assessment confirms that Xiaomi adheres to the plan-do-check-act cycle in all of its processes.

Xiaomi India underwent a thorough examination process that examined its quality management, creation of its systems, review of its documentation, pre-audit, initial assessment, and record-checking procedures, among other things.
