The company has received orders to instal elevators at the World Trade Centre in Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi, the IOCL R&D centre in Faridabad, the SD Biosensor in Manesar, and other real estate developments in Gurugram.

According to a corporate spokesperson, Finland-based KONE Corporation is working on elevator projects worth up to Rs 250 crore in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The projects for installing elevators are being carried out by the company's affiliate KONE Elevators India, according to Amit Gossain, MD & CEO for India and South Asia.

According to him, the company has orders to instal elevators at the World Trade Centre in Nauroji Nagar in New Delhi, the IOCL R&D centre in Faridabad, the SD Biosensor in Manesar, and many real estate projects in Gurugram.

"The entire value of these orders is Rs 200-250 crore," he said at the company's inauguration of its 'Sustainable Office & Warehouse' in Gurugram.

In India, he continued, the business has also erected the world's largest elevator, which is the size of a large conference room, at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai.

Gossain revealed specifics about the new headquarters, including the presence of 50 EV charging points. Furthermore, the office has been configured with particular settings that aid in the efficient use of conventional energy.
