The first-ever standalone product in this market will give up to Rs 1 lakh for hospitalisation and Rs 25,000 for virtual sessions with therapists, psychiatrists, and life coaches.
According to a source familiar with the situation, AXA France India is planning to establish India's first-ever mental health insurance cover in its group policies, in collaboration with its Indian insurance partners.
