Hero Electric sends 100 electric scooters to Shadowfax

In accordance with a cooperation between the two businesses, Hero Electric on Friday delivered the first batch of 100 electric scooters to Shadowfax in Bangalore.
Hero Electric will assist the company in replacing a fourth of its 100,000-strong delivery fleet with the NYX HX e-scooters as part of the partnership launched in April of this year.
Shadowfax has been aggressively looking at green mobility solutions with over 1.2 lakh monthly transacting partners providing over 10 lakh orders every day, according to Praharsh Chandra, Co-Founder and COO of Shadowfax.
Chandra noted that Shadowfax will roll out 1,000 e-scooters over the next months.
The delivery of these 100 electric scooters is just the start of a long and fruitful cooperation, according to Sohinder Gill, CEO of Hero Electric.
According to him, "the last-mile delivery market is expanding at an unprecedented rate, with more companies converting to a sustainable EV ecosystem to meet their business objectives."
Gill added that this collaboration will guarantee a carbon-free fleet in the logistics market while meeting customer needs and reducing emissions.
